I help people and organizations understand each other when it matters.
I work with teams and communities who are navigating complex situations and who worry about being misunderstood by the people they serve or work with. This often happens in contexts shaped by difference, power, culture, health, technology, or lived experience.
I start by listening. I conduct interviews, review research, and spend time understanding how things actually work in real life. I then synthesize what I learn into insights that help people understand what is really going on.
From there, I work collaboratively to shape programs, services, and ways of communicating that support shared understanding. My work often sits at moments where things feel misaligned or unclear, when good intentions can still lead to confusion or exclusion.
Starting with listening, clarity, and accessibility helps create work that is more useful, more inclusive, and more grounded in real contexts.
