(Pronounced “Tee-TAH-nia”)
I help people and organizations understand each other when it matters.
I work with teams and communities navigating complex situations, often where there is a real risk of being misunderstood by the people they serve or work with. This is common in work shaped by difference, power, culture, health, technology, or lived experience.
My work starts with listening. I talk to people affected by decisions, review existing research, and pay close attention to how things actually work in real life. I then pull together what I learn to help teams see what is really going on and where things may be getting lost or misread.
From there, I work collaboratively to shape programs, services, and communication so they are clearer, more grounded, and easier to use. I am often brought in when things feel misaligned or unclear, and when good intentions alone are not enough to prevent confusion or exclusion.
Starting with listening and clarity helps teams make better decisions and create work that holds up in real contexts.
