My work is collaborative and starts with listening.

I focus first on the people affected by the work and the systems they move through. This includes interviews, research, and time spent understanding how things really function day to day.

I work closely with teams to make sense of complexity and create work that is clear, inclusive, and grounded in real contexts.

Below are a few principles I bring to every project.

Accessibility

I work with teams to create language, structures, and materials that people can understand and use in real situations.

This means thinking about different abilities, contexts, and constraints from the start, rather than adding fixes later. The goal is work that still makes sense outside ideal conditions and actually supports the people it is meant for.

Collaboration

I work alongside people.

This usually means working sessions rather than presentations. We explore ideas together, test what works, and adjust as we go. Collaboration helps surface knowledge that already exists and builds shared ownership of the work.

Curiosity

I begin by listening.

Curiosity helps surface what matters, what is unclear, and where more care is needed. This means paying attention to lived experience, different perspectives, and the assumptions we may be bringing into the work.

Flexibility

We set scope, timing, and pace together, based on what you need and what is realistic.

The goal is to support progress without adding unnecessary pressure or complexity.

Inclusion

Everyone’s perspective matters.

I work to create conditions where people feel respected, supported, and heard. Inclusion is not only about who is invited in, but about how people are listened to and how their input actually shapes what happens next.
